Typical turnaround is about 3–7 business days, though timing can vary depending on workload and fabric availability. If timing changes, we’ll update you and arrange pickup when ready. For clients overseas, we can ship internationally to your address.
Yes — rush service is available by request and depends on our workload. When capacity allows, we can complete shirts in as little as 2–3 business days. Tell us your deadline when booking so we can confirm what’s possible.
For first-time clients, the best results come from an in-person consultation where we measure collar comfort, shoulder balance, and sleeve pitch. Returning clients often place reorders without re-measuring, and if anything feels tight or loose, we can adjust based on your feedback.
We recommend breathable cottons for everyday wear, with Oxford and twill for a crisp business look. For warm-weather casual use, linen and linen blends are popular. We also offer wrinkle-resistant options and 4-way stretch cotton materials for comfort.
The spread collar is our most common choice for business and events, followed by a more traditional collar. We also offer cutaway and button-down options. Cuffs include French cuffs, plus barrel, rounded, and angled cuffs — and we can apply rounded/angled finishes to French or standard cuffs.
We meet clients by appointment in Hung Hom and Tung Chung. Hung Hom is convenient for Kowloon and Hong Kong Island areas like Central and Admiralty. Tung Chung is ideal for the airport area and clients staying near airport hotels or in the outlying New Territories area.
